The automotive parts industry is eagerly anticipating the return of Nigeria’s largest auto parts and services trade show next month.
The West Africa Automotive Show (WAAS) is returning to the Landmark Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos from Tuesday 17th May to Thursday 19th May. More than 3,000 professionals from the auto parts sector are expected to visit more than 100 exhibitors. These are lined up from Nigeria, the Region and further afield. A truly international component includes representation from India, UK, Ireland, Thailand, Indonesia, Nigeria, Pakistan, UAE, Poland, the USA, and Turkey.
WAAS is organised by BtoB Events, which also runs the highly popular Food and Beverage West Africa show (taking place in June) and Beauty West Africa show (in November).

Demand has been high for exhibition space, as exhibitors are keen to get back to the trade show format with its opportunities to build new business ties, meet customers face-to-face, see products in real life and discuss trends and best practice.
Mr Hill is therefore encouraging potential exhibitors from all sectors of the automotive parts industry – manufacturers, importers, suppliers, distributers, and dealers– not to delay in booking a stand at the event.
The show will be of interest to a wide range of professionals, including those working in automotive spare parts and accessories retailers/dealerships and agencies, automotive workshops, vehicle repair shops, garages and service stations, fleet maintenance, garage equipment and tools suppliers.
Mechanics, engineers and business owners and managers should also attend to see the latest developments in parts and services. WAAS will also appeal to enthusiasts for custom car building, auto styling, and body kits.
WAAS is supported by the founding partner, Africa’s largest auto spare part market – ASPMDA Auto Spare Parts and Machinery Dealers Association – and is endorsed by the National Automotive Design and Development Council (NADDC).
