Transit Support Services (TSS), a company championed by the well known ingenious and industrious Mr. Frank Nneji of the ABC Transport fame, has hit another milestone with the coming alive of its auto plant sited in Enugu, Enugu State.

In an exclusive chat recently with Transport Day, Mr. Nneji, who stated that the plant cost about $3.2m, opined that though the plant is suitable to assemble any heavy duty automobile,  it has been built to assemble its award winning brands- Shacman and Forland.

Lamenting that the auto assembling business has been negatively hit by inconsistent government policies, he revealed that the plant can comfortably churn out about 14 trucks in a single shift.

He nonetheless, regretted that due to the lull in business, his company which hitherto operated on the premises of ANAMMCO Enugu, has been forced to reduce its staff strength of about 100 by half.
