The National Head, Celebrity Special Marshals Unit of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Julie Chi-Nwaoha, frowned at situations where witnesses of Road Traffic Crashes are more concerned about filming the scenes than rendering assistance to the victims
Hence, she appealed to all state chapters of the Celebrity Special Marshals of the FRSC to help use their social influences to change the attitude of Nigerians in this regard.
Julie Chi-Nwaoha made this appeal during her visit to the Ogun State branch of the CSM FRSC last weekend.
The National Head who took advantage of the occasion of attending the book launch of the Ogun state Coordinator of the Special Marshals, Hon Kehinde Soaga, also paid a courtesy visit to the Sector Commander of the FRSC in Ogun State, Corps Commander Akinwunmi Fashakin in his Ibara Sector command office.
