Nine months after the former Managing Director of the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) was sacked, and replaced with Mohammed Bello-Koko, then Executive Director Finance and Administration, in acting capacity, President Muhammadu Buhari, yesterday made him the substantive MD.
The federal ministry of transportation disclosed this on Tuesday in a circular signed by Eric Ojiekwe, director, press and public relations.
