The Nigeria Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) is on the verge of abandoning its Apapa headquarters to move to high brow Victoria Island, Lagos.
it has been reported that Transportation Minister, Rotimi Amaechi has pushed and gotten the Federal Executive Council (FEC) approval for the agency to buy a property on Victoria Island worth N17.4b. The property is situated on 35 Ademola Adetokunbo street and is referred to as Kanti Towers.
According to the Minister, Kanti Towers is a 16 storey building fitted with a helipad and 100 capacity car park.
