The General Manager of Lagos State Neighborhood Safety Agency (LNSA) Prince (Dr) Ifalade Oyekan has ordered Officers and men of the Lagos State Neighborhood Safety Corps which is the uniformed arm of the agency to ensure strict monitoring of Muslim Juma’at services and Sunday services in churches .
Oyekan disclosed this, in his office at the Safety Arena complex Bolade Oshodi while addressing Divisional heads and Corps Officers on the need to be more security conscious.
The General Manager commended the efforts of officers of the agency for ensuring the safety of lives and prosperities of Lagosian especially in the communities and implored them to up their game so that security which is the sixth pillar of the Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwoolu THEMES agenda can be achieved.
The General Manager appreciated Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu for always coming to the aid of the agency whenever the need arises and also surpporting in the rebranding process being done in the agency.
He further stated that deploying officers to religious centers is to forestall any likely attack targeted at religious centres in Lagos State.
He reteirated the agency’s readiness to collaborate with all other security outfit in Lagos to make the State a safe haven for investment.
