Another landmark achievement was recorded recently, by Cakasa Unit 111 of Special Marshals RS2.1 Lagos, as the Unit provided a Space for the use of the Ikeja Unit Command which until now was temporarily using a little space within the Lagos Sector Command.
The FRSC Ikeja Unit Commander, ACC Emma Fekoya, who expressed excitement in her address, went through the memory lanes on how the Command was created, all the past office spaces used by the Command, the challenges faced by the Unit Command, among others.
She appreciated God, the Management of Cakasa Company Limited and the Special Marshal Unit 111 owned by the Company , for deeming it fit to have provided the office space free of charge.
She commended the good performances of Cakasa Unit 111, stating that at a time, the Unit had inaugurated ” 3 Road Safety Clubs in a day” which was a rare feat in the Command.
Speaking during the ceremony, the MD/CEO of Cakasa company, Mr Olise Barnabas, in his speech, appreciated the humanitarian services being carried out by the Federal Road Safety Corps.
He also assured the Corps of more support from the company.
The head of Special Marshals in Lagos, SM Akintan, charged the staff of the Unit Command to make a good use of the facility provided and encouraged the Special Marshal Unit 111, to continue making waves in the State.
The FRSC Lagos Sector Commander, who was represented by the Sector Head Of Operations, DCC Lukas Oguntade also appreciated Cakasa Company Limited for the donation.
He charged all the staff of RS2.16 Ikeja Unit Command to reciprocate the good deed of the company by increasing their outputs in terms of service delivery.
