The Sector Commander, Federal Road Safety Corps,(FRSC) Federal Capital Territory Command, Corps Commander Danlami Abdul, has lauded the contributions and enormous support of Guards Brigade towards curbing road related vehicular accident and other crisis within the Federal Capital Territory and it’s environs.

Corps Commander Danlami Abdul made the appreciation to the Commander Guards Brigade, Brigadier General Aminu Umar yesterday, March 16, 2023 when he paid him a working visit in his office at Aguyi Ironsi Cantonment, Asokoro, Abuja.

While commending the efforts of men and officers of the Brigade, he maintained that the synergy with the Brigade has in no small means assisted the Corps towards achieving it’s mandate, stressing that the various safety measures put in place by the Brigade in conjunction with the agency has reduced road accident rates within the federal Capital.

The Road Safety boss further disclosed that the task of securing the road and road users under his watch cannot be achieved alone without partnering with important stake holders especially the Brigade adding that it has been instrumental in securing the Federal Capital Territory .

He used the opportunity to seek for more synergy to enable the service carry out its mandate effectively reiterating that the Federal Capital Territory Road Safety Command looks forward towards a better working relationship with the Commander and men of the Brigade .

Responding the Commander Guards Brigade Brigadier General Aminu Umar while appreciating the Corps Commander and his team, commended them for the good work being done towards ensuring safe and secured roads within the Federal Capital Territory.

He further commended them for the several road campaigns and partnership with the Brigade in the past and also assured them of the Brigade readiness to always partner with the agency to ensure the safety of all road users within the federal Capital Territory and it’s environs.
