One of the frontline road transport companies known for deploying innovative transport solutions, E. Ekesons, has opened an ultra-modern terminal, located at the Ogba Industrial Scheme, Agege, Ikeja, Lagos.
The terminal which is strategically located to cover Agege, Ogba, Ikeja and nearby locations, is open to both passenger and cargo road transport services, even as the company stated that passengers comfort is assured while in the terminal.
According to the Managing Director of the company, Engr. Chijioke Ojukwu, “Because we are passenger-centric in our approach to business, comfort and safety of our passengers start from the terminal before they board the buses.”
He explained that prospective passengers can book and pay online at www.ekesons.com, even as the routes covered by the company from Lagos include Abuja, Jos, Kaduna, Kano, Okene, Lokoja, Onitsha, Owerri, Enugu, Aba, Port Harcourt, Nnewi etc. The company also provides charter services.
The Ekesons MD stated further that the company which operates with both minibus and coaches (luxurious buses), has gone a step further to provide unparallel luxury to its customers on board.

This was demonstrated recently with the introduction of a truly First Class travel experience on some of its fleet of buses.
The buses which are already on the ground and offering services are fitted with a segmented First Class section which provides personalized audio-visual facility enabling each passenger to select and watch whatever he or she pleases throughout the duration of the journey.
Each passenger in the First Class segment of the bus is also entitled to exclusive power outlets that enable him or her to charge a laptop and a phone. There is also provision for toilet facilities, internet services among others.
