President Muhammadu Buhari has reappointed Dr. Dikko Umaru Radda for another term as the Director-General /Chief Executive Officer of the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria ( SMEDAN).

A statement from the Corporate Affairs Unit of SMEDAN said the appointment was contained in a letter dated 12th March 2021 and signed by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha. The letter conveyed the reappointment of Dr. DikkoRadda as the DG of SMEDAN and wished him success in all his endeavours.

Reacting to his reappointment via his verified Twitter handle @dikko_radda, The Director-General of SMEDAN, Dr. Dikko Umaru Radda thanked President Muhammadu Buhari for giving him another opportunity to serve his fatherland and for the confidence and trust reposed in him, which he said, has indeed served as a pillar to the unprecedented success recorded in the agency in his first term in office.

It would be recalled that Dr. Dikko Umaru Radda was first appointed as the DG/CEO of SMEDAN in March 2016. His reappointment takes effect from 15th March 2021.
