The Governor of Oyo State, Seyi Makinde, has been asked to review the current Park Management System which was recently introduced by his administration to increase the state’s revenue.
This was contained in a message made available to journalists in Ibadan by Action Alliance, an opposition political party in Oyo State.
The message, signed by Samson Ajala and Emmanuel Olumide, State Chairman and Secretary respectively, lauded the governor for the initiative, noting that the involvement of some controversial elements in the transportation management system was not ideal.

If well managed, it stated that the newly introduced system “is capable of boosting the state’s Internally Generated Revenue and permanently stamping out violence from motor parks across the state.
“This can only be achieved with people of integrity and noble characters at the helm of affairs of the system and not with controversial people, whose names send shivers down the spines of the people because of their notorious past.”
