The Federal Road Safety Corps Ogun State Command has announced a fatal crash along the Lagos – Ibadan Expressway around Sapade near Ogere Ogun State in which thirteen people lost their lives yesterday evening.
Public Education Officer of FRSC, Ogun State Command, Route Commander Florence Okpe stated that “the fatal crash involved a total of 37 people comprising 20 Male Adults , 15 Female Adults and , 2 Female Children.
“The people injured in the crash were 10 comprising 4 Male Adults and 6 Female Adults, which unfortunately killed 13 people which comprises 4 Male Adults, 7 Female Adults and , 2 Female Children.
“The details of the vehicles are KTU93XW, a yellow coloured MAZDA BUS; Toyota Bus with registration number KEY847XA; Man Diesel.
“Relatives of the crash victims to contact the FRSC Command in Ogere Ogun State or the Victory Hospital Ogere, where the crashed victims were rescued, for medical treatment. The corpses of the victims killed at the crash have been deposited at the Ipara Mortuary”.
